Delivery:

• Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery takes 5–8 working days in metro cities, 7–10 working days in other regions.
• Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped products are eligible for return/refund.
• Stitched, altered, or customized products cannot be returned.

How to return:

• Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99333 97591 or email info@fashonice.com within 2 days of delivery.
• Mention your Order Number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse address.
• If the product is faulty or incorrect, courier charges (up to ₹200) will be reimbursed.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your return.
• Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).
• For COD orders, bank details (Account No. & IFSC) are required for NEFT transfer.

Important:

• Note: Please record a video while opening your parcel to support claims.

• Customized, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
