At Fashonice, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for you. Please review our delivery and return guidelines below.
Delivery:
- Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery takes 5–8 working days in metro cities, 7–10 working days in other regions.
- Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once shipped.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped products are eligible for return/refund.
- Stitched, altered, or customized products cannot be returned.
How to return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99333 97591 or email info@fashonice.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse address.
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, courier charges (up to ₹200) will be reimbursed.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).
- For COD orders, bank details (Account No. & IFSC) are required for NEFT transfer.

- Customized, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
